What happens once I order?
Once you order with NextArray you will receive a welcome letter which will include the address of the location to ship your hardware to and the subnet so you can pre-configure your hardware before shipping.
Is it possible to order racks side by side?
Yes, If you are looking for multiple racks we can provide them side by side or we can run cross connects for you as well.
How long does it take to rack my server once received?
Once we receive your hardware we start the process of adding your hardware into our DCIM and allocate space. We then will rack/stack and cable your hardware into our network. Once this has been completed we then power on your device and notify you that it's online.
Cabinet / Facility Security
Our facilities have multiple security safe guards in place such as 24/7 on-site security staff, multiple card swipe locations and biometric scanners. We also maintain and update our access list to all our locations.
